Kemper Corporation is hiring an Express Adjuster to investigate and resolve auto physical damage claims in a fast-paced in-office setting. This entry-level role operates under direct supervision and offers exposure to a broad set of claims processes.

You will review coverage, take statements, reserve, and settle claims while delivering Best in Class customer service to internal and external customers. The position requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level claims handling/intake experience preferred (6 months) OR 2+ years college degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake, investigation, valuation, exposure establishment, and settlement of assigned auto physical damage claims within monetary authority.
• Conclude claims promptly, equitably, and economically per policy terms and damages.
• Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses to investigate losses.
• Maintain timely and accurate reserving of exposures.
• Deliver strong customer service to agents and customers.
