Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Business Development Manager, Auto Care to expand the NAPA Auto Care program adoption and drive increased sales within assigned territory. You will communicate strategic initiatives, enroll new members, promote sales programs, and train field teams to maximize program utilization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling and account management experience with a track record of new business development and growing existing accounts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as required.

Responsibilities

• Presents and sells Auto Care prospects on the value of joining the NAPA Auto Care program.
• Collaborates with NAPA Auto Care HQ to drive program adoption and new membership.
• Hosts meetings to train local sales teams on program adoption and utilization.
• Achieves territory quota for sales, new members, and co-branded projects.
• Provides excellent customer service and regular visits to members to support program changes and enhancements.
• Maintains deep knowledge of the NAPA Auto Care program and communicates benefits to members.
• Executes sales plans to achieve growth and runs periodic account reviews.
