Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling and account management experience; proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Valid driver5 license required; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Present, communicate, and sell Auto Care prospects on the value of joining the NAPA Auto Care program.
• Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ to drive program adoption, new membership, and promotions.
• Host territory trainings for local sales teams on Auto Care adoption and utilization.
• Achieve territory sales, new members, and co-branded project quotas.
• Provide customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers and regularly visit members.
• Maintain knowledge of the NAPA Auto Care program and options for members.
• Execute sales plans to grow the territory consistent with company goals.
