This entry‑level program emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands‑on skill development. Candidates should have a high school diploma or trade/vocational training, and a strong interest in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with vocational training encouraged.
• On‑the‑job experience preferred but not required.
• I‑CAR Gold Class is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
