Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass offers a 30-day trial to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program, with hands-on experience in auto body repair. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learn basic repair skills, tools, and safety protocols while contributing to repair projects and maintaining a clean workspace.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred trade/vocational training or prior related experience; I-CAR Gold Class is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
