Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Work with team members to achieve KPIs and embody the Brand Ambassador role for The Boyd Group. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools to repair body sections.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Weld and attach parts; prep and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
