Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and work with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the Brand promise of The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship, and the ability to read job orders and use the required tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure WOW plan execution.
Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates.
Repair vehicle bodies using listed tools.
Hammer out dents and apply fillers as needed.
Realign chassis and replace damaged sections.
Replace/repair glass, interior parts, and repaint vehicles.
Ensure work orders fit labor time guidelines.
Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
