Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with attention to speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and align vehicle components, while maintaining a brand ambassador role for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, ability to work with a team, and familiarity with body repair tools, with a focus on safety and meeting repair KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution in daily work.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames; weld and repaint per specs.
• Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines.
