Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

You’ll work with a team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and repair vehicles while maintaining quality standards.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts as needed.
• Replace glass and interior components as required.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and is inspected for quality.
