Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Work alongside a team to meet KPIs and represent the brand. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using cutting tools and hand tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and repaint vehicles per factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
