Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with speed, quality, and customer care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and ensure repairs meet KPI targets while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or completion of a technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work safely in a noisy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Read and understand repair orders.
• Work with others in a shop to complete repairs.
• Understand methods to repair vehicle bodies and use shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare estimates for customers.
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle sections and glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure work order compliance.
