Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs, restoring cars to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align components, while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with training via technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools to repair sections of vehicles and restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
