Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and high-quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Work collaboratively to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a related technical program or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical training or apprenticeship.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs with focus on speed, quality and customer experience.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair body panels, glass, frames and interior parts as needed.
• Ensure work meets lab and facility KPIs and safety standards.
