Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer service through precise repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

Work with the team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and may have technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair required.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily work.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, apply filler, realign chassis, and replace parts as needed.
• Weld, fit, and paint vehicles to factory standards or agreed equivalents.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with timelines and quality KPIs.
