Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence while aligning with team KPIs.

The role emphasizes reading job orders, teamwork with other repairers, and meticulous use of tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates with tools used in repairs.
• Hammer out dents, apply filler, realign frames, and replace parts as needed.
• Weld, paint, and ensure repairs meet labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and completeness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
