Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as core values.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, preparing estimates, realigning chassis, replacing parts, welding and repainting, and inspecting work to meet KPIs and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Repair and replace damaged sections with parts as needed.
• Realign chassis/frames and weld or repaint as required.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and safety.
• Work in accordance with WOW plan and team standards.
