Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and quality.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, preparing estimates, performing bodywork with industry tools, replacing parts, and ensuring work orders stay within time guidelines while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan and ensure consistent workmanship.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers to repair sections of vehicles.
• Hammer dents, apply filler resins when needed, and realign chassis/framing as required.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and attach parts; repaint to factory specifications or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
