Gerber Collision & Glass Auto Body Technician position is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with training through technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship, and you will work with a team to meet KPIs, using tools such as cutting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Estimate repair costs for customers.
• Use tools to repair body panels and realign chassis.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
