Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while supporting speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using listed tools.
• Inspect completed work to meet KPIs and quality standards.
