Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repairs, including cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and company goals.
