Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while upholding our commitment to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will plan repairs, estimate costs, and use a range of tools to restore structural integrity and appearance. The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and attention to detail in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• \u00a0Technical school program or 3-year auto body apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as required.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
