Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through meticulous disassembly, repair, and reassembly. You will work to uphold company promises of speed, quality, and customer excellence while collaborating with a skilled team.

The role involves planning repairs, preparing cost estimates, and using a range of tools to fix bodywork and replace parts. You will be a Brand Ambassador, ensuring safety and high standards across all jobs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using tools and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Weld, paint, and ensure work meets KPI targets.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
