Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, using a range of tools and techniques to ensure quality and speed.

The role requires high school completion, plus technical training or an apprenticeship. You will work with a team in a busy shop, maintain safety standards, and help meet productivity KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with quality and speed.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
