Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign components while ensuring high quality and speed.

The role requires reading job orders, using a variety of tools, and collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs. The position emphasizes safety in a noisy environment, physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle sections.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, and repaint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
