Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise assessment and repair of each vehicle, restoring it to pre-accident condition. You will jointly uphold speed, quality, and customer excellence while aligning with the WOW plan and company KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and/or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship, with strong tool proficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents using grinders, fillers, and related tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; apply factory or equivalent paint.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
