Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with meticulous repairs and quality workmanship. You'll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and refinish vehicles per factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
