Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to factory specifications.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass; realign chassis as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed work against KPIs and safety standards.
