Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver meticulous vehicle repairs and exceptional customer experiences. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align frames, replace parts, weld, and repaint to exact specs while ensuring quality and speed in line with company KPIs.

You will work with the team to achieve repair KPIs, and uphold our Brand Ambassador standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a tech school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
