Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Florida to expertly repair and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, aligning with our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You’ll work with a team to meet KPIs and act as a brand ambassador for The Boyd Group. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using listed tools and techniques.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Repaint vehicles with factory-specified or equivalent paint.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure work is completed correctly.
