Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician who ensures superior customer experience by inspecting, repairing, and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts while collaborating with a team to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may involve technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions with supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods and proper tool use.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint to factory specifications; inspect work for quality.
