Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise assessment and repair of each vehicle to restore its pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, realign chassis, replace parts, weld and repaint, and ensure all work meets timelines and quality standards. A high school diploma or technical training and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; realign chassis if needed.
• Replace damaged parts; weld and repaint to factory standards.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and timing.
• Work safely in a busy shop environment.
