Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair work that restores vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align rigid frames, and ensure repairs meet our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, and repaint as needed.
