Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling components with attention to quality and speed. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced collision shop.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with fellow repairers to execute repairs.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections and glas/parts; apply paint per specs.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
• Maintain safety in a noisy shop environment.
