Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the Brand Ambassador standard.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory or equivalent paint.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
