Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace parts, and ensure work aligns with KPIs while representing the brand professionally.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Align chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality compliance.
• Adhere to labor time guidelines and safety standards.
