Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver precise repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, or completion of a technical program or apprenticeship, and the ability to read job orders, work with others, and use shop tools safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and efficiently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, paint vehicles to factory standards.
• Realign chassis, replace parts and glass as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
