Gerber Collision & Glass in Norcross, GA is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through precise repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role emphasizes alignment with team members, adherence to repair standards, and a commitment to WOW principles across all processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship completed preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with care and accuracy.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
