Gerber Collision & Glass in Clarkston, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair and reassembly.

Join a team focused on speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will plan repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts and glass, weld and repaint as needed, while meeting KPIs and safety standards in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with other repairers in a shop environment.
• Strong understanding of methods to repair vehicle bodies and tools used.
• Familiar with shop safety, PPE and tool handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work; prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles to factory or approved finishes.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
