Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre‑accident condition, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, realign frames, and replace parts with precision, collaborating with a team to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates using tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Hammer dents and apply filler to repair damage.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass; repaint vehicles as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, ensuring work orders meet labor guidelines.
