Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment, repair, and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble components while aligning with the team to meet quality KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and either completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsabilités

• Execute repair plans and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to exact factory specs.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts or glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI targets.
