Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and quality repairs restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, upholding our speed, quality and customer excellence standards.

Key duties include planning repairs, estimating costs, dent repair, chassis realignment, glass replacement, welding, painting, and ensuring work aligns with standard labor times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using tools to repair vehicles.
• Dent repair, filler resin, realign chassis, replace parts and glass.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
• Ensure completed work follows labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
