Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completed or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers in an auto body shop.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle body damage using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and components including glass.
