Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair for pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with a focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires completing a high school diploma or equivalent and may include technical school or an apprenticeship. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections.
• Replace glass, interiors, and repaint as needed.
• Weld or fit parts and apply finishes per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
