Qualifications

• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of body repair methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Weld, fit, and replace parts and repaint to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
