Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace glass and interior parts, and finalize finishes with factory‑sourced paints.

You’ll work to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and excellence. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical training or apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts and weld/paint as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet KPIs and quality standards; inspect vehicles post-repair.
