Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles and restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using standard methods and tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to correct structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
