Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

Work with a team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repairers required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy, odorous environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality and customer excellence.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and fit new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and attach components and repaint vehicles to factory specifications.
