Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide expert repair work and customer-focused service. You will plan repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, and replace parts with care to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred technical training or an apprenticeship in auto body repair, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged sections with parts.
• Replace/repair glass, interiors, and repaint vehicles per standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality; meet KPIs.
