Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence goals across the shop.

You will plan repairs, prepare estimates, and work with the team to ensure repairs align with KPIs. A high school diploma or technical training is required, with experience in automotive body repair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair sections of vehicles using various tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and parts as needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles to spec.
