Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and an excellent customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace damaged sections and glass, and refinish surfaces to pre-accident condition.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or apprenticeship preferred. You will work in a fast-paced shop, using cutting tools, welders, and repair equipment, while following WOW standards and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
